RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the contract by returning the PRODUCT to the SELLER.
To do so, the PRODUCT must be returned without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen (14) days of communicating the decision to withdraw, unless the SELLER offers to collect the PRODUCT themselves.
Withdrawal Period
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which the CUSTOMER, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the CUSTOMER, takes physical possession of the PRODUCT.
If the CUSTOMER has ordered several PRODUCTS in a single order resulting in multiple DELIVERIES (or in the case of a single PRODUCT order delivered in multiple installments), the withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which the CUSTOMER, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the CUSTOMER, takes physical possession of the last PRODUCT delivered.
If the CUSTOMER's order includes several PRODUCTS and these PRODUCTS are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which the CUSTOMER, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the CUSTOMER, takes physical possession of the last PRODUCT.
Notification of the right of withdrawal
To exercise their right of withdrawal, and in accordance with Article L.221-21 of the French Consumer Code, the CUSTOMER must notify their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email) to: 15 rue Pierre et Marie Curie, 22190 Plérin, France, or allison.bricknell@lartisanbrossier.com.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, the CUSTOMER must send their communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Right of Withdrawal
Effects of Withdrawal
If the CUSTOMER withdraws from the contract, the SELLER undertakes to reimburse all sums paid, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the CUSTOMER's choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by the SELLER), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which the SELLER receives the returned PRODUCT (Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code).
The SELLER will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the CUSTOMER used for the initial transaction, unless the CUSTOMER expressly agrees to a different means. In any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for the CUSTOMER.
The SELLER is not obligated to reimburse any additional costs if the CUSTOMER has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by the SELLER.
The SELLER may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or until the CUSTOMER has provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
Return Procedure
The CUSTOMER must, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating their decision to withdraw from this contract, return the goods to: 15 rue Pierre et Marie Curie, 22190 PLERIN, France.
This deadline is considered met if the CUSTOMER returns the goods before the fourteen (14) day period expires.
Return Costs
The CUSTOMER will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
If the weight of the PRODUCT prevents the CUSTOMER from returning it by mail, the CUSTOMER will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.
Condition of Returned Item
The PRODUCT must be returned according to the SELLER's instructions and must include all accessories that were delivered.
The CUSTOMER is only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the PRODUCT.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
- Supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market
- Supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized
- Supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software which have been unsealed after delivery
- Newspapers, periodicals, magazines (except for subscription contracts)
- Provision of accommodation services other than for residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental, catering, or services related to leisure activities if the offer specifies a date or period of performance
- Supply of goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items
- Supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed The CUSTOMER after DELIVERY
- The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, whose delivery can only be made after 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the SELLER's control.
- The supply of digital content not supplied in tangible form if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, and the consumer has also acknowledged that they will thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
- Contracts concluded at a public auction.
